As a member of the Ground Guys Detail Maintenance Team, you perform specific landscape maintenance tasks that will complement the high level of quality and service delivered by all of our team members and expected by our clientele and by exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have a desire to produce flawless landscape environments by completing detail work to a tee. We will provide a great work environment, fair pay and lots of opportunity for advancement.

Specific Responsibilities:

Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning.
Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, primarily a large tow behind line trimming machine and attached tractor, but also including but not limited to line trimmers, bed edgers, lawn mowers, seeders, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, and tillers.
Learn how to perform landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, topsoil application, lawn renovation and seeding.
Learn how to address clients' questions, comments, and concerns as Team Leaders.
Assist Management with route and job planning and organization.
Learn how to assist with equipment preventative maintenance and repair under supervision of the Equipment Team Leader
Become certified to apply fertilizer, weed control products and other turf care products.

Job Requirements:

Prefer High school diploma/GED (or current student status)
One year experience in this or a related field is preferred but we are happy to train willing people.
Valid Driver's License with clean record
Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime.
Must be very detail oriented and willing and able to complete every detail on every job the right way.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
